Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Suttons Mitsubishi Arncliffe (ABN 77 000 083 929) 93 Princes Hwy, Arncliffe NSW 2205.

Competition Overview/Eligibility

  1. To be eligible to enter the competition:
    • You must be a permanent resident of New South Wales and be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of submitting an entry and
    • Neither you nor anyone in your immediate family may be an employee of Suttons or affiliated with Suttons or connected to the competition in any way
  2. To enter the competition entrants must:
    • Enter their full name, phone number and email address into the page.
    • Entry is open from 7th March 2022 and closes on March 30th 2022. Entry can only be made during the competition period and only one entry per person.
  3. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

Winner Selection

  1. This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
  2. The competition prize will be drawn 6th April 2022 and winner will be notified by phone by 9th April 2022.
  3. If any person first chosen as a winner is found to be ineligible, they will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected as a replacement winner.

Prize 

  1. There will be one winner selected to win two prizes.
  2. The prize will consist of one x $250 restaurant voucher and the use of a ‘Mitsubishi Outlander for the weekend’. ‘Weekend’ will be defined as beginning 4pm Friday and vehicle must be returned by 4pm Sunday.
  3. Winner must have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle. Winner must agree to Suttons Arncliffe Test Drive Agreement and terms of the motor vehicle insurance agreement (Details available upon request).
  4. ‘Mitsubishi Outlander for the weekend’ travel distance is capped at 300km or an excess fees will occur.
  5. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

All personal information will be collected and stored by Suttons in accordance with Suttons Privacy Policy found at https://www.suttons.com.au/PrivacyPolicy. Entrants have the right to access their personal information in pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, and can do so by contacting customercare@suttons.com.au or via one of the methods set out in Suttons Privacy Policy.

Suttons Mitsubishi Arncliffe reserves the right to change or extend the promotion at any time. Dealership decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
